How to get to Manila:
Manila is through the international airport (Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)).
The municipality of Baler is located on the east coast of Luzon, about 240 km from Manila in the province of Aurora. Baler is still an insider tip. Baler is particularly popular with beginners as the most popular surf spot on Sabang Beach is a beach break and the waves break on a sandbar. The number of nights depends of course on you. But it should be at least 3 nights so that the trip to Baler is worthwhile.

Arrival in Baler:
Drive from Manila Genius transport and JoyBus from the Cubao Bus Terminal (Quezon City) to Baler. The journey time is 4 to 6 hours. Tickets are available from 450 Php (around 8 euros).

From Baler by bus back to Manila.
With the plane from Manila to Siargao (IAO). At the airport on Siargao there are transfers for a fixed price to General Luna.
